Best Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes…
January 23, 2013 by admin • 12 Comments
This morning, while adding creamer to my coffee I discovered the best recipe for pancakes on the back of the container. We like to use Land O Lakes Fat-Free Half & Half around here. I had all of the ingredients on hand and made some yummy Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes pancakes following the direction on the box.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Land O Lakes fat-free half & half
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Land O Lakes butter, melted
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except blueberries. Beat until well mixed. Gently stir in blueberries. Heat griddle to 350 degrees. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto greased griddle. Cook until bubbles form, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn and cook until light golden brown. Serve warm with butter and syrup.
I hope you’ll enjoy these irresistible pancakes as much as we did ( I have left-overs).
