Delightful, Easy Chocolate Pie

Hi friends!  Is it snowing in your part of the world? We got about an inch of snow this morning, not much but enough to make us stay indoors today.  We are planning on watching the Super Bowl this evening and I’m trying to get a couple of snacks and sweets ready for the big event. Thank goodness I did my grocery shopping yesterday,  the stores were packed with customers shopping for the big day.  My grocery list included a couple of items to make a Chocolate Pie and I was so happy to see the girl scouts selling their yummy cookies yesterday at our local supermarket…I had to pick up a couple of boxes….caramel deLites and lemonades.  We are set for sweet treats!

For my chocolate pie I’m using a Keebler Chocolate Ready Crust, Pudding and Cool Whip…EASY!  For some added goodness on top….caramel deLites!!

Ingredients:

1-1/4  cups cold milk

2  packages ( 4-oz. serving size) chocolate instant pudding & pie filling

1  tub (8-oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping thawed, divided

1 Ready Crust – Chocolate

Instructions:

In large bowl beat milk and pudding mix with wire whisk for 1 minute ( mixture will be thick).  Whisk in half of whipped topping.

Spread in crust, top with remaining whipped topping and garnish.  ( I added the caramel deLites on top).

Enjoy!
