Hash Brown Casserole

My kitchen has been kinda busy these days.Today I’m making a Hash Brown Casserole. This is such a great side dish to keep in mind when serving a larger group of folks. So easy to prepare with just a few key ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 (2-lb.) pkg. hash browns
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Topping:
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Combine potatoes, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour into greased 9×13-inch pan. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top and drizzle with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Looking forward to enjoying this casserole with baked ham and some other side dishes. Just had to let you take a peek!
So glad you stopped by….have a wonderful week!
