Last minute Gift

Hello dear Friends!  The weekend is near…do you have special plans? How are your Christmas preparations coming along?  I spent some time at the post office this morning mailing gifts to our loved ones in the Ft.Worth, Tx area.  It wasn’t too busy,  I only had to stand in line for about 20 minutes.  I’m so glad the Christmas gifts are on their way. Not too far from the Post Office is our TJ Maxx store …I always like to peek in there when I’m in the area.

I wasn’t looking for anything in particular when I happened to walk by the candle isle,  one of the candles had the most wonderful scent.  I picked it up and it was love at first “smell”..it came home with me.

Candle The candle is called Sandalwood and Myrth…and it comes in a really nice glass container that has a geometric design on it. It looks pretty and smells delightful and it would make a very nice last minute gift or hostess gift for someone….Do you keep extra gifts stashed away just in case?

    I JUST came home from TJ Maxx & I, unfortunately missed that candle. But I came home with some wonderful items that I can’t find anywhere else & the prices were so low. I can use these year round which makes me very happy!!..I sometimes leave some items that I have made, around in case I need a gift. Wish I had seen that candle!!

    Oh my Moni! You’ve been busy! I’m sorry I’ve missed so many of your posts. I haven’t been a very good blogging friend lately. I’m looking forward to catching up when all the craziness has passed!

    This is such a pretty little candle, and will make a great gift. And what a great idea to keep a few gifts on hand to have around just in case. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
