I love benches, don’t you? I’ve had one in the breakfast area and decided to move it into one of the guest rooms for extra seating and/ or a place to put a suitcase when our out-of-town guests arrive. I would love to give it a fresh new look with some color….here are some inspiration pics from Pinterest.
Here is my bench:
What color will it be?
I will chat with you soon ~ take care!

Yes I love benches too. They can be moved around anywhere and provide a great spot to put things. Can’t wait to see what you do with yours.
Pretty bench Moni, it’s going to look beautiful painted! Can’t wait to see the reveal!
If you are thinking of moving it around, I would paint it a pretty beige or gray, or even a mix of both, so you can just add accent pillows and put it in any room.
Love the bench!!! Can’t wait to see what you do with it!
I love benches….hubby made one for me years ago and its been several colors..It’s now red and I love it in my sitting area in the dining /kitchen area.
I love your bench!..I have a great footboard that I am trying to find ideas on how to make it a bench..Going to Pinterest to find some ideas..I like the one bench where it is painted black on the top & then again at the legs..And leaving the sitting board alone..But, can’t wait to see what you’re going to do with your’s!
Oh how fun, can’t wait to see what color it becomes. Great piece for a bedroom. Hugs, Marty
I have a bench similar to yours, only it has arms. It belonged to my MIL.
Such a lovely piece. I’m sure it will look even better once you “deal” with it
Thank you for sharing the inspirations; I was looking for some for a bench I need in the kitchen; we’re a family of 4 and my chairs – that I love – are getting old and I can see only 3 able to walk the extra mile so I thought a bench would look lovely for my daughter’s seating(eating) arrangement.
Take Care,
Teresa
