Pistachio Bundt Cake
December 13, 2012 by admin • 13 Comments
Time spent in the kitchen has been at an all time low for me lately….just ask my husband! So, for a fun surprise I baked this Pistachio Bundt Cake. Easy recipe, I had most of the ingredients on hand except the pudding; and after returning home from the grocery store, pudding in hand I began to bake up a storm.
This is what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
1 yellow Cake Mix
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
8-oz. container sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased bundt pan set aside. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
The cinnamon/sugar crust will be on the bottom of the cake.
This is an excellent cake to serve as a breakfast sweet….perfect companion to enjoy with a cup of coffee in the morning.
I’m so happy you stopped by….You make my day!
