Hi sweet friends, how are you doing? How is your week going? A few days ago I came across these pretty napkins in my linen closet. The colors are muted, golds, greens and orange and make a perfect addition for a fall table. With the napkins in hand I was inspired to create a fall tablescape. I gathered my Mikasa and Crystal and started playing. If you visit my blog on occasion you know my style….rustic and refined….or something like that. Always simple and easy to copy.
I also placed some of my colorful “Artimino” stoneware in the center of the table, along with a vase filled with faux branches. My Artimino collection consists of some canisters for the countertop, salt & pepper shakers, a creamer and sugar bowl, a couple of plates, a large salad bowl and a large oval casserole dish. All of them vary in color and the colors of the napkin compliment them so beautifully. Maybe the napkins are by the same designer?
The candleholder next to the plate setting is shaped like a pine cone (no spider on this table) I found it at World Market last year, the only one left on the the clearance shelf. I may have to go back and see if I can find a couple more. Now if I could get someone to pour me a cup of coffee or a nice glass of sweet tea?
I’m so glad you stopped by…
